The frequency of messages you receive will depend on your activity and the types of messages you have consented to receive:

4.2 How to Opt Out
Opt Out of Marketing Messages
You can opt out of receiving marketing and promotional SMS/MMS messages at any time by:
- Replying "STOP" to any marketing message you receive. You will receive a confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out request within 24 hours.

Opt Out of All Messages (Including Transactional)
If you wish to stop receiving all SMS/MMS messages from T-Shirts Ink, including transactional messages, you must:
- Close or deactivate your T-Shirts Ink account
- Contact our support team to request complete removal of your phone number from our system
Please note: Opting out of all messages may prevent us from sending order confirmations, tracking updates, and other critical transactional communications. We recommend opting out of marketing messages only while maintaining your transactional message subscription.
4.3 Opt-Out Confirmation & Respect
Once you opt out of marketing messages:
- We will stop sending marketing and promotional messages within 24 hours of your request
- Transactional messages (order confirmations, tracking, 2FA, invoices, support) will continue to be sent as needed
- You will not be charged any fees for opting out
- Your request will be honored for a minimum of 18 months, in compliance with TCPA regulations

4.4 Help & Support
You can reply "HELP" to any T-Shirts Ink message to receive information about our SMS/MMS program, including:

- How to contact customer support

You will receive a response within 24 hours.
5. Message & Data Rate Disclosure
5.1 Standard Rates May Apply
MESSAGE AND DATA RATES MAY APPLY. While T-Shirts Ink does not charge you for receiving SMS/MMS messages from us, your wireless carrier's standard message and data rates will apply based on your mobile phone plan. Please contact your wireless carrier if you have questions about your message and data rates or billing practices.
5.2 Carrier Charges
You are solely responsible for any message and data charges incurred through your wireless carrier as a result of:
- Receiving SMS/MMS messages from T-Shirts Ink
- Clicking links within our messages that use data (e.g., tracking links, payment links, approval links)
- Replying to our messages or keywords (STOP, HELP, etc.)
5.3 Supported Carriers
T-Shirts Ink messaging is supported by major U.S. wireless carriers, including but not limited to:
- Verizon Wireless
- AT&T
- T-Mobile
- US Cellular
- Regional carriers and MVNOs (service may vary)
Message delivery may be delayed or prevented by factors beyond our control, including carrier network congestion, blackout dates, or device limitations.
6. Data Security & Protection
6.1 Security Measures
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your mobile phone number and associated information, including:
- Encryption of data in transit (SSL/TLS) and at rest
- Secure authentication protocols for account access
- Restricted access to customer data (authorized personnel only)
- Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
- Compliance with SOC 2, ISO 27001, or equivalent security standards through our service providers
6.2 Data Retention
Your mobile phone number and associated messaging data are retained for as long as:
- Your account is active, OR
- We have a legal obligation to retain the information (e.g., tax records, compliance documentation)
Once your account is closed or inactive for 18 months, we will:
- Securely delete your phone number from our active messaging database

T-Shirts Ink messaging services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect phone numbers from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with a phone number, we will delete it immediately.
